At Nouman Mastery, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, including Crypto Trading courses, SEO guides, and YouTube Automation blueprints. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via download or online access, we have a specific policy regarding refunds.
Our policy for all digital products and online courses lasts 7 days.
Due to the nature of digital content, if you have already downloaded the product or consumed more than 20% of the course content, we cannot offer a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason why the product did not meet the expectations described on the sales page.
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
Digital Downloads: Any PDF guides or checklists once the download link has been clicked.
Services Rendered: Any SEO audits or Digital Marketing consultations that have already been completed.
Gift Cards: Any digital gift balances purchased through our site.
Once your refund request is received and inspected (we check the login activity and download logs), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Crypto Wallet) within 5-10 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account/wallet again.
Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased during a Flash Sale or using a Special Discount Code cannot be refunded unless the product is technically defective (e.g., the file won’t open).
We only “exchange” digital products if the file provided is corrupted or the access link is broken. If you need to swap a course for another of equal value, please email us within 48 hours of purchase.
